Nearly 18 percent of all homes in America were built between 1970 and 1979, according to the National Kitchen & Bath Association's latest Kitchen/Bath Industry Outlook. And another 16 percent were built between 1980 and 1989. Many of these houses have remodeling plans on the horizon as their kitchens and bathrooms have yet to be updated. It's time for these homeowners to jump into their local hardware stores and showrooms, start playing with color swatches and assess their wants and needs. It's remodeling time! |
